周打海鮮湯



材料:
牛油50g, 麵粉, 清雞湯或雞湯粒開水 1 litre, 洋蔥, 燈籠椒, 急凍魚/白肉海魚 或 雜錦海鮮, 牛奶(optional), 薯仔 (optional), 香草 (optional)
做法:
1. 細火把牛油溶, 一邊篩入麵粉, 一邊慢慢攪拌, 直至牛油成為糊狀.
2. 注入清雞湯攪勻.
3. 洋蔥, 燈籠椒, 薯仔全部切粒(一厘米見方)拌入, 魚切塊加入湯中, 煮大概30-45分鐘, 至薯仔半溶、湯濃稠為佳.
4. 關火後可選擇加入牛奶. 最後洒上少許香草便大功告成.
很久沒有update, 在這期間去了很多地方旅行, 嘗到了各國美食, 在家裡也做了不少新舊的美味菜色. 可能要花一段時間才能逐一介紹, 但我會努力的.

Cafe and Restaurant Review - Maison Blanc



LOCATION: HAMPSTEAD, LONDON

TYPE: French style Cafe

PRICE: under£5 pre person

QUALITY: Good

ENVIRONMENT: Okay

SERVICE: Okay

COMMENT: We went there in Feburary, 2007. At that time they are having a special offer: free coffee with any cake ordered. They said this offer is available from Mon-Fri.

The outlook and the taste are both quite good, and the price is reasonable too. I love it so much. However my picky boyfriend said the fruit is not fresh. Okay, I agreed that the cake would taste prefectly yum if the fruit can be fresher. The one I had is the Napoleon cake. The light puff pastry was crispy and I enjoyed the hint of sweet melt in the mouth.

They have many branches, so if there is a chance, I will definitely try the other branches too.

各式煎肉餅

營養煎肉餅

材料: 免治豬肉, 蔥, 洋蔥或甘筍

做法:
1. 洋蔥或甘筍切細粒或打成蓉, 蔥切細粒.
2. 將豬肉碎, 蔥, 洋蔥或甘筍, 鹽和麵粉全部攪均.
3. 平底鍋燒熱油, 肉團搓成扁平的橢圓形或圓形狀, 煎至微焦及熟透即可.

芝士煎肉餅



材料: 免治豬肉150g, 免治牛肉150g, 洋蔥, 黑椒, 軟芝士3塊

做法:
1. 洋蔥切碎, 跟免治豬肉、免治牛肉、黑椒拌勻.
2. 搓成團狀, 中間塞入芝士塊, 壓扁成肉餅狀.
3. 預熱平底鍋, 加少許油, 放肉餅. 先煎好一邊, 才反轉煎另一邊.
4. 煎至熟透, 即成.

節瓜粉絲蝦米煲


材料: 節瓜 (因身在英國, 所以用了Marrow(附圖), 口感跟節瓜/冬瓜非常相似), 粉絲, 蝦米

做法:
1. 粉絲、蝦米用清水浸軟.
2. 節瓜刨皮切成塊
3. 將蝦米瀝乾水落鑊爆香, 加入節瓜炒熟.
4. 注入一碗上湯, 加入粉絲小火炆淋, 讓粉絲吸去大部分水份.
5. 最後可放少許生抽增加色澤和調味.
