青咖哩雞




材料:
Mae Ploy Green Curry Paste, coconut milk, 雞脾(6-8隻)切件.

做法:
1. 雞塊用鹽和生粉醃好.
2. 洋蔥切條落鑊用中火不停翻炒至微焦.
3. 放入雞塊, 炒至全熟.
4. 加入一大匙Mae Ploy青咖哩paste兜均, 再加適量椰汁兜均.
5.轉細火炆5-10分鐘, 太乾的話可另外加水.
